This is a portrait of our daughter, Hope at age two. I was happy that when I finally got a photo with a great expression, she happened to be wearing her favorite knitted, rabbit sweater. I did this portrait for myself so the 'sell price' is just an example of what a portrait like this would cost. Each portrait seems to have something new to teach me and with this one it was the knitted sweater. Tricky to work out where to apply detail that describes the texture without going cross eyed or taking the focus away from her shining face.
