The portrait of these three beautiful kids took me longer then expected, but was certainly worth the effort. I learned to be very careful about the subtle, but critical issue of how perspective changes when the head is slightly tilted back or to the side. When the head position is more dramatically off center, it actually seems easier to get it right. I truly appreciate Mary's kind patience and encouragement. It was a joy to look so intently at those three glowing faces.
